Old House Studio was built inside a reconditioned Civil War-era farmhouse and was designed with efficiency, flexibility, and comfort in mind. The interior was completely rennovated over a two-and-a-half-year period specifically for use as a recording facility. The studio sits on 400 acres of family-owned farm land, which is also home to horses, deer, two cats, and the usual compliment of birds and other critters. There are, however, many excellent restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby.
